About Kerasus

You already know something is wrong.

You reach for your deodorant in the morning. You wash your hair. You clean your kitchen. And somewhere in the back of your mind, you wonder — what exactly is in this? Is it safe? Should I be worried?

Most people push that thought away. Life is busy. Reading ingredient lists takes time. And even when you try, the names are unpronounceable, the research is contradictory, and the "natural" alternatives often turn out to be just as bad.

That frustration is exactly why Kerasus exists.

I spent weeks reading studies on parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrances and aluminium compounds. On endocrine disruptors that accumulate in breast tissue. On cleaning products that release toxic fumes when mixed. On the quiet, long-term damage of ingredients that are perfectly legal — because no one has banned them yet.

What I found was uncomfortable. And once I saw it, I couldn't unsee it.

So I built a standard. A non-negotiable list of what I will never sell. And then I went looking for products that actually pass it.

Every bottle, bar and stick on this shop has been screened against our ingredient blacklist. No exceptions. No greenwashing. No "it's only a small amount" compromises.

The name comes from Giresun — an ancient city on the Turkish Black Sea coast, where my family is from. The city that gave the cherry its name to the entire world. We chose it because a cherry tells you nothing but the truth. What you see is what you get.
